We accept returns of products within 7 days of purchase as outlined in our returns policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. NOTE - Price tags or seal tags must be intact; without these, no returns will be accepted. To complete your return and initiate our refund process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Our exchange policy also applies in these cases.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as part of our returns policy. Approved refunds will be processed and sent to you within 7 business days. Please note that in cases of damage, an opening video is required; without it, no refunds will be issued. The refund process will be conducted through a method communicated to you at the time of approval, in accordance with our exchange policy.

According to our returns policy, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable as part of our refund process.

We are not liable for any delays in processing returns, exchanges, or refunds that may arise due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or disruptions affecting our returns policy, refund process, or transport and payment systems.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy, along with our returns policy, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy, including matters related to the exchange policy and the refund process, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune.
