Additionally, we offer international shipping with free shipping options available on select orders, though additional shipping charges may apply depending on the location. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, ensuring a prompt delivery time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order tracking number. Plus, enjoy free shipping on eligible purchases!

For metro cities, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, while other locations typically take 5–8 business days. Please note that remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times depending on courier availability. Additionally, you can enjoy free shipping on eligible orders. Keep in mind that these are estimated timelines, and delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or natural disasters. For your convenience, we also provide order tracking to monitor your shipment's progress.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum order value required to enjoy this benefit. For customers outside India, shipping charges will apply, and you can easily check your order tracking for updates on delivery time.

We offer FREE Gift packaging option. You can choose this option while adding the product to cart. This is optional. This feature can be used to gift loved ones.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS, allowing you to monitor your package's status at any time. This is especially helpful for keeping an eye on your delivery time, and remember, we offer free shipping on all orders!

If the package is undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. Please ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing your order to avoid issues with delivery time. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. *Note- In case of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping may be chargeable. If your package experiences a significant delay in delivery time, is lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: 

- Order ID 

- Opening videos must be provided in case of damage 

- Delivery confirmation or order tracking details 

We will then initiate a resolution, refund, or replacement based on our discretion and availability, ensuring you receive the benefit of our free shipping policy.
