Delivery / Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver across India via trusted courier partners.
  • We also ship internationally with an additional shipping charges depending on the location.

Processing Time

 

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: May take longer depending on courier availability
    *Note- Please note that these are estimated timelines. Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or natural disasters.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. 
  • No minimum order value is required to avail free shipping.
  • Shipping charges applicable for places outside India respectively.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track the status of your package at any time.

Delivery Attempts

  •  If the package is undelivered after attempts, it will be returned to us.
  •  Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of placing your order.
    We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.
    *Note- In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping may be chargeable.

Delayed / Lost / Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Opening Videos must.(in case of damage)
  • Delivery confirmation or tracking details
    We will initiate a resolution, refund, or replacement based on our discretion and availability.
